Our Aim

Our aim is to work with individuals and organisations to improve services to benefit communities, with a specific focus on:

  • Primary healthcare
  • Education
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.

We will achieve our aim by:

  • Running large-scale and specifically designed, multi-agency improvement programs producing rapid, whole system quality improvement to benefit service consumers
  • Using a highly effective systematic method of spreading continuous quality improvement
  • Ensuring sustainability through transferring knowledge and skills to frontline teams to bring about whole system improvement
  • Providing leadership and quality improvement education and training to frontline professionals, managers and communities.
