The Improvement Foundation's aim is to work with individuals and organisations to improve services to benefit communities.
How we will achieve this
We will achieve our aim by:
- Running large-scale and specifically designed, multi-agency improvement programs producing rapid, whole system quality improvement to benefit service consumers
- Using a highly effective systematic method of spreading continuous quality improvement
- Ensuring sustainability through transferring knowledge and skills to frontline teams to bring about whole system improvement; and
- Providing leadership and quality improvement education and training to frontline professionals, managers and communities.
