QuISP is designed to specifically help small multidisciplinary teams within an organisation improve what they do.
The training give you the skills to drive forward service improvements in your organisation and will help you to develop a culture of continuous quality improvement.
IFA has aligned QuISP with the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807) to help you enhance your skills in managing people and projects, all with a focus on developing a culture of continuous quality improvement within your organisation.
If you are a supervisor, line manager, project officer, or leader within your organisation, or you want to head in that direction, this Program will be ideal for you.
Any organisation that’s keen to make improvements within their local setting can apply.
Each Program is made up of a number of teams and each team is generally made up of two to four people from an organsiation. Teams participating in a Program can all come from the same organisation or a number of different ones.
Participating teams will attend three one-day workshops. Between each workshop is an activity period where the teams apply the skills learnt and test their ideas for improvement.
Teams that have participated so far include general practices, divisions, hospitals, dental surgeries, and pharmacies. This program is also well suited to teams working in government organisations, emergency services, community services, and education.
