Quality Improvement Skills Program (QuISP)
QuISP is a short, practical course is designed specifically to help small teams within an organisation improve what they do.
The training gives participants the skills to drive forward service improvements in their organisations and assists in developing a culture of continuous quality improvement.
The Program focuses on resolving issues relevant to your organisation – you pick the service area that you would like to improve and we give you the skills to tackle it.
As part of a network of professionals you will benefit from fresh thinking, new ideas, and you will be able to learn from your peers.

Quality Improvement Master Class
This highly interactive workshop focuses on the practical application of quality improvement tools and techniques. Working in groups, with people from a variety of areas and backgrounds, you’ll learn how to use a range of popular quality improvement tools and techniques within a range of scenarios.
Small group work will involve different scenarios using quality improvement tools to explore opportunities for improvement.
The Master Class workshop will suit people with some experience in quality improvement and a desire to learn more about the various approaches. As a result of your involvement, you will gain experience in the use of various tools and be able to confidently apply them in a range of settings.
