Leadership for Quality Improvement Program
The Leadership for Quality Improvement Program is a development program was created by UK Improvement Foundation to meet the needs of anyone employed in the public sector - whether in education, the police force, local government or social services, health or prison services, local authorities or the voluntary sector. It is designed to develop leadership skills and confidence, to enable participants to drive forward improvement work.
The program equips participants with a comprehensive range of quality improvement skills that can be applied to lead improvement work in their organisations. It also gives participants an understanding of management skills in organisational design and behaviour, and introduces them to leading thinkers and policy-makers.
